jabaje Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account

1. General Terms

These Terms govern all access to and use of the jabaje platform, including the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slots, promotions, payment services, and customer support. They apply to all registered players and to any person who browses the jabaje website at jabaje.net, regardless of whether they hold a registered account.

jabaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address held on their account or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the jabaje platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions (if made available) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and good faith. jabaje operates as an online entertainment platform providing betting and gaming services to adult players in Bangladesh. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be addressed through jabaje's internal complaints procedure in the first instance, with escalation to binding arbitration where resolution cannot be reached internally.

1.2 Platform Availability

jabaje endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, jabaje does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party network failures, or events beyond jabaje's reasonable control. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

1.3 Currency

All jabaje accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed amounts, deposit values, withdrawal amounts, bonus credits, and wager calculations are expressed in BDT. jabaje does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by the Player's own payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or a Bangladeshi bank) are the sole responsibility of the Player.

2. Account Registration

To place bets, play casino games, or make deposits and withdrawals on jabaje, a Player must complete the registration process and hold a verified jabaje account. Registration is free of charge. jabaje reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may hold only one jabaje account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different email address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where jabaje identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation, and any bonus balances will be forfeited. jabaje may at its discretion permanently close all accounts held by that individual.

2.2 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jabaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of address at any stage. KYC verification is typically required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested again during the account's lifetime where jabaje deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their jabaje login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jabaje will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jabaje's customer support immediately via live chat. jabaje accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

3. Age Restriction

By completing the registration process, the Player declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age. jabaje actively enforces this requirement through age verification checks conducted as part of its KYC process. Where jabaje has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits will be returned, less any amounts already wagered.

3.1 Parental Controls

Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly advised to implement parental control software on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including jabaje. jabaje supports the use of third-party filtering and blocking services for this purpose. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access jabaje, please notify jabaje's customer support team immediately.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

jabaje provides its services to players located in Bangladesh. Players located outside Bangladesh may be subject to geographic restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of jabaje complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. jabaje accepts no liability for any Player's use of the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jabaje supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the jabaje Cashier.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month are displayed in the jabaje Cashier and may vary by payment method. jabaje reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's jabaje balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the processing times of the Player's bank or card issuer. jabaje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed by jabaje within minutes of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. jabaje reserves the right to delay a withdrawal where additional verification is required, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

4.4 Withdrawal of Deposited Funds

Players may withdraw deposited funds that have not been used to meet a wagering requirement at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

4.5 Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to a jabaje account, except in the event of a verified technical error caused by jabaje. If a Player believes a deposit has been incorrectly processed, they must contact customer support within 72 hours of the transaction. jabaje will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, take remedial action including refund where appropriate.

5. Bonus Terms

jabaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cricket cashback offers, live casino reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the point of offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all jabaje promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by jabaje are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion — failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Player's account.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all jabaje games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (sports bets, live casino, slots, RNG table games) will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Where no contribution rate is specified for a particular game, that game does not contribute to the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jabaje operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets to hedge bonus wagering at minimal risk, or otherwise circumventing the spirit of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, jabaje reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

jabaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account where the relevant wagering requirements are being actively met in good faith.

6. Betting Rules

jabaje's sportsbook covers cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC bilateral series, and domestic Bangladesh cricket fixtures, as well as selected football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following rules govern all bets placed on the jabaje platform.

6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until jabaje's system has issued a bet confirmation reference. Players should ensure they receive a confirmation before assuming a bet has been accepted. jabaje reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by event, market, and bet type and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. jabaje reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket matches and sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change reflecting real-time match developments. Once an in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. jabaje reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by jabaje in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, incorrect event data at the time of bet placement, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account as a stake refund at the original bet value.

6.5 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). jabaje reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is subject to investigation, appeal, or confirmation by the governing body. Settlement decisions made by jabaje are final once the official result has been confirmed.

6.6 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles available on jabaje are supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology operated by the respective game studio. jabaje does not modify game outcomes. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays — if a game session is interrupted due to a connectivity or platform error, the relevant game round will be settled based on the last recorded server-side game state.

7. User Obligations

As a registered Player on jabaje, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities.

7.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the jabaje platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use jabaje to engage in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, match fixing, insider betting, or any other unlawful activity. jabaje cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any suspected unlawful activity on the platform.

7.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to jabaje — including registration data, KYC documents, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete at all times. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jabaje accepts no liability for service disruptions or payment failures arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your account.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jabaje platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate betting markets or casino games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in jabaje's platform or in any third-party game for financial gain.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent restrictions or access additional bonuses.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jabaje staff or other players.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location in order to access the platform or circumvent any restriction.

7.4 Self-Exclusion Compliance

Where a Player has voluntarily activated a self-exclusion period on their jabaje account, or where jabaje has applied a mandatory exclusion, the Player must not attempt to open a new account or access the platform by any other means during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms. jabaje will close any account it identifies as having been opened in violation of an active self-exclusion and will refund deposits made during that period.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jabaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed by jabaje for reasons other than fraud, the Player's verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to them via their most recently used withdrawal method.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

jabaje may suspend a Player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Pending KYC verification or re-verification where jabaje has reasonable grounds to question the Player's identity.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including suspected use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud.
• Suspected breach of these Terms, including suspected bonus abuse or use of automated betting tools.
• A request from a relevant law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Where the Player has requested a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through jabaje's responsible gaming tools.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request the closure of their jabaje account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, the Player should withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Once closed, a jabaje account cannot be reopened unless the Player formally requests reinstatement and jabaje approves it in writing.

8.3 Forfeiture of Funds

Where jabaje closes an account due to confirmed fraud, confirmed underage gambling, confirmed bonus abuse, confirmed use of automated tools, or any other confirmed material breach of these Terms, jabaje reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, where those funds are directly linked to the fraudulent or prohibited activity. jabaje will communicate the basis for any forfeiture decision to the Player in writing upon request.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the Player has not logged in for a period of 12 consecutive months. jabaje will notify the Player by email at least 30 days before applying a dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts at the rate published in jabaje's fee schedule at the time the fee is first applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero. The Player may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
